Spiritual Leadership Class

Spiritual Leadership is a 13-month class that takes place on the third Sunday of each month from 6:00-8:15 PM.
Purpose
1. 300-400 Level Spiritual Maturity
2. Leadership Skills
3. Ministry Skills
4. Communication Skills
5. Self-Discipline
6. Knowledge of spiritual gifts & purpose in life
Format
1. Book Discussion
2. Video Curriculum
3. Teaching & Discussion
4. Role Plays & Group Interaction
5. Homework-Reading one book per month
Class Goals
1. Not trying to fill a position or give titles
2. Develop your potential (Eph. 4:11)
3. Have a positive effect on your family, career, and God-given purpose & ministry (this material applies to all)
4. Build a culture and understanding of leadership within the church (Jesus focused most of His time on 12 people)
5. Prepare the church for the next wave of growth (Luke 12:48 For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.)
6. 75% of those who start this course to successfully finish
7. Raise up leaders and capable ministry helpers from this class
8.To train to share their faith and pray for others effectively
