Role Plays & Group Interaction\n5. Homework-Reading one book per month \nClass Goals\n1. Not trying to fill a position or give titles\n2. Develop your potential (Eph. 4:11)\n3. Have a positive effect on your family\, career\, and God-given purpose & ministry (this material applies to all)\n4. Build a culture and understanding of leadership within the church (Jesus focused most of His time on 12 people)\n5. Prepare the church for the next wave of growth (Luke 12:48 For everyone to whom much is given\, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed\, of him they will ask the more.)\n6. 75% of those who start this course to successfully finish\n7. Raise up leaders and capable ministry helpers from this class\n8.To train to share their faith and pray for others effectively
